Job summary

Pape' Machinery, Agriculture & Turf Division in OKANOGAN, WA, is seeking a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales. In this field-based role, you’ll cultivate grower partnerships, expand market share, and deliver advanced equipment solutions with strong profitability for customers.

You’ll travel in a company vehicle, support customers from purchase to service, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions. Competitive compensation with commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders.
• Deliver advanced large agricultural equipment solutions to customers.
• Develop new business and support existing clients.
• Represent Pape' Machinery as a visible leader in the territory.
• Travel and meet customers in the field; coordinate with internal teams from purchase to service.
• Position Pape' Machinery as go-to provider for large equipment while growing market share.
