Job summary

Pape' Machinery, Inc is seeking a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales to grow the business in the West region. You will build relationships with growers and agri-business leaders, provide advanced equipment solutions, and drive growth while coordinating with internal teams.

The position requires daily field travel in a company vehicle, offering competitive pay plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand market share in the territory.
• Build strong relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders.
• Deliver advanced large agricultural equipment solutions to customers.
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service.
• Travel in a company-provided sales vehicle to meet customers face-to-face.
• Represent Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in the territory.
