Job summary

Papé Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales in Okanogan, WA. This role focuses on building relationships with growers and agri‑business leaders, delivering advanced solutions, and driving growth in a competitive market.

You will travel in a company vehicle, work with internal teams, and position Papé Machinery as the go‑to provider of large equipment. Expect a competitive compensation package with strong benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with growers, producers and agri-business leaders in the territory.
• Identify and close new business opportunities while supporting existing clients to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Represent Papé Machinery as a visible leader in the territory and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless support.
