Papé Group is seeking a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales in Washington. You will be in the field daily, building relationships with growers and agri-business leaders while delivering advanced equipment solutions that maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders.
• Deliver advanced large agricultural equipment solutions to customers.
• Help customers maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Develop new business and support existing clients.
• Represent Papé Machinery as a visible leader in the territory.
