Papé Group is seeking a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales in Jefferson, Wasco & Wheeler Counties. You will spend time in the field, building relationships with growers and agri-business leaders, delivering equipment solutions, and growing market share across your territory, with robust training and mentorship from an industry leader.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in agriculture or a related field.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and precision ag technology is preferred.
• Financing background is a plus for customer proposals and credit terms.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with growers, producers and agri-business leaders.
• Deliver advanced large agricultural equipment solutions to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Develop new business while supporting existing clients.
• Represent PAPÉ Machinery as a visible leader in the territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth purchase-to-service support.
