Papé Group seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead equipment sales across its Oregon network of 13 John Deere Ag & Turf locations. This senior role sits in a $100M+ operation with statewide scope and a seat on the Oregon leadership team.

You will drive strategy, build a high-performing team, and manage relationships with key customers while collaborating with product support and precision ag to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of equipment sales experience in agriculture, turf, or capital equipment, ideally at a dealership.
• Progressive sales leadership experience with hiring, coaching, and developing strong performers.
• Proven track record of growing market share and hitting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, multi-store sales organization and set regional strategy.
• Drive region-wide revenue, gross margin, and expense management.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with regional plans and targets.
• Oversee inventory and store merchandising to ensure clean, well-stocked showrooms.
• Manage relationships with key customers and major accounts across the state.
• Partner with product support and precision ag to deliver service and solutions.
