Job summary

Charlie Health, a leading behavioral health startup, seeks an Outreach team member in Springfield, MO to drive go-to-market efforts and build partnerships with clinical providers. You will travel to field meetings 4–5 days per week, uncover needs, and connect patients and families with our programs.

Qualifications

• Based in Springfield, MO.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus.
• Healthcare organization experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Energetic, persuasive, and able to engage senior personnel.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills; consultative approach.
• Strong project management; detail-oriented in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Zoom a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Travel 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit GTM goals.
