Job summary

CTG Brands Inc. seeks an Independent Sales Representative to drive growth across the U.S. market. You will work with the US Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to develop new opportunities and service existing customers.

This contract role offers flexible scheduling and monthly commission plus bonus based on performance. You will be a product expert, present to retailers, and coordinate with merchandising and customer service teams to maximize revenue and market share.

Qualifications

3+ years proven B2B sales experience.
Experience in gift, furniture or home décor industry preferred but not required.
Familiar with CRM software (Salesforce, EMUN, Marketime).
Must possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and can prioritize workflow.

Responsibilities

Open new retailer accounts and service existing customers.
Be a product expert, matching product ranges to customer needs.
Conduct sales presentations face-to-face, by phone, or via video call.
Develop presentations and provide forecasts and sales progress reports.
Set sales goals for a designated customer base and service their needs professionally.
Collaborate with merchandising for product knowledge and feedback.
Coordinate with Customer Service and AR teams for a seamless account management.
Be an effective team member with independent motivation and minimal supervision.
Utilize CTG sales tools (mobile devices, electronic catalog, e-commerce).
Meet or exceed company performance expectations.
