Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an energetic, self-driven Territory Manager to cover Stanford, San Jose, Los Altos, San Francisco and surrounding areas. The role includes selling energy-saving air compressors, leveraging a large technical staff for support, and utilizing online and in-class training.

Travel for training is required. The position is salary plus commission, with an annual range of $90,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A mechanical aptitude.
• Proven time/territorial management skills.
• Clean Driving Record (required).
• PC literate, specifically Google Workspace (required).

Responsibilities

• Call on end-customers in territory to promote and sell energy-saving air compressors and related equipment.
• Acquire knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell Kaeser air systems.
• Represent Kaeser professionally at all times.
• Use Kaeser-provided sales tools.
• Reach and maintain sales goals.
