Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an energetic Territory Manager to cover Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Germantown, Appleton and surrounding areas. You will promote energy-saving air compressors and related equipment to end-customers, while leveraging Kaeser-trained staff and tools to design effective system solutions.

The role offers a salary plus commission with a wide earning potential based on performance. Training, technical support, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A mechanical aptitude.
Proven time/territorial management skills.
Clean Driving Record (required).
PC literate, specifically Google Workspace (required).

Responsibilities

Call on end-customers in their territory to promote and sell our energy saving air compressors and related equipment which significantly impact our customers cost and electrical consumption.
Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell our quality air systems.
Be responsible for professionally representing Kaeser at all times.
Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools.
Reach and maintain sales goals.
