Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an energetic Territory Manager to cover Stanford, Santa Rosa and surrounding areas. This full-time role combines hunting sales with technical solutions, promoting energy-saving air compressors and related equipment to end-customers.

You will be provided with internet-generated leads, a robust technical support staff, and online/in-class training. There is travel for training only, and a strong compensation package with an uncapped earning potential and

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A mechanical aptitude.
• Proven time/territorial management skills.
• Clean Driving Record (required).
• PC literate, specifically Google Workspace (required).

Responsibilities

• Call on end-customers in their territory to promote and sell energy saving air compressors and related equipment.
• Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell Kaeser air systems.
• Represent Kaeser professionally at all times.
• Use Kaeser-provided sales tools.
• Reach and maintain sales goals.
