Job summary

Sunrise Group, in partnership with Dreem Health, seeks a Territory Manager to serve the Dallas area, promoting our sleep health services to physicians, clinics, and specialists and driving referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You will educate providers and organize lunch & learns while building strong relationships across the healthcare network.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, or sales, plus a Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) and data reporting tools.
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic.
• Educate providers and organize Lunch & Learn events to raise awareness of our services.
• Track referral activity and share insights with internal teams.
• Be hands-on in growing the territory and shaping strategies.

Your Opportunity

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you'll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You'll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands-on role in shaping how we grow. What You Bring

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000
