Job summary

Sunrise Group in California is seeking a Territory Manager for Dreem Health to build trusted relationships with physicians, clinics, and providers to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote sleep care services, educate providers, organize lunch & learns, and track referral activity.

You’ll join an mission-driven team, enjoy comprehensive benefits, field travel, and a competitive compensation package with base salary $80,000–$85,000 and OTE up to $120,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and data reporting tools.
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Your Opportunity

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we grow. Must live in the following cities: Encinitas, Escondido, San Marcos, Poway, Oceanside, Vista, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Fallbrook, or Ramona.

What You Bring

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000

Compensation Range - Depending on Experience: $80,000 USD - $85,000 USD
