Job summary

Dreem Health, powered by Sunrise, is seeking a Territory Manager to build relationships with physicians and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You will promote sleep care services and educate providers, organizing outreach events and tracking referral activity to inform internal teams.

Based in the Dallas area, you’ll thrive on being in the field, growing the network, and contributing to a mission-driven team committed to improving access to sleep health care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) and data reporting tools.
• Passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals.
• Promote Dreem Health services and educate providers about sleep care.
• Organize outreach events (lunch & learns) and raise territory awareness.
• Track referral activity and share insights with internal teams.
• Take ownership of territory growth and contribute to strategy.

Your Opportunity

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life‑changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we grow. What You Bring

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
• Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000

Compensation Range - Depending on Experience: $80,000 USD - $85,000 USD
