Job summary

Sunrise Group, operating through Dreem Health, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive referrals and build strong relationships with physicians and clinics in the Dallas area. You will promote our digital sleep clinic services and educate providers on sleep apnea care.

You’ll track referral activity, report insights to teams, and contribute to strategic growth in a fast-growing healthcare and tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals.
• Promote sleep care services for patients with sleep apnea.
• Organize lunch & learns and other provider education events.
• Track referral activity and share insights with internal teams.
• Help shape growth strategy for the field territory.

Your Opportunity

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands-on role in shaping how we grow. What You Bring

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
• Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000
