Job summary

Sunrise Group, in partnership with Dreem Health, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive referrals across the Dallas area. You’ll build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics, educating them about our digital sleep clinic and sleep apnea solutions, and promoting our services on the go.

You’ll own territory growth, track referral activity, organize educational events like lunch & learns, and share insights with internal teams to shape how we expand access to care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, in partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) and data reporting tools.
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Your Opportunity

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You’ll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we grow. What You Bring

• Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000

Compensation Range - Depending on Experience

$80,000—$85,000 USD
