Job summary

Two’s Company is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to cover Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, engaging independent retailers and driving sales growth. The role requires regular in-person visits, travel, and trade-show participation to showcase the latest home décor and fashion lines.

You will expand the customer base, nurture partnerships, and collaborate on merchandising strategies while representing the Two’s Company brand with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experience as Territory Manager or Sales Rep in Gift/Home/Apparel industries preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a self-starter attitude.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with independent retailers (gift shops, fashion boutiques).
• Manage and expand existing customer base; prospect new opportunities.
• Present latest lines via in-person visits and virtual meetings; collaborative merchandising with store owners.
