Job summary

Accuserve Solutions, Inc is hiring a Territory Manager to oversee on-site inspections and manage a network of subcontractors across designated territories. You will drive revenue, margins, and EBITDA while coordinating with installers, suppliers, and the office team.

The role requires building local relationships, leading project management activities, and traveling frequently to sites. A business-related degree and construction experience are preferred; strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2–4 years residential construction experience or equivalent training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled on-site photo inspections and document measurements and conditions.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontracted installers and local contractor partners.
• Develop relationships with local contractors to grow the network and opportunities.
• Drive sales and keep clients and partners informed with current information.
• Provide job-site oversight, coordinating schedules, labor, materials, and expectations.
• Monitor revenue, margins, and project health with back-office teams.
• Manage subcontractor labor with emphasis on timely completion.
• Act as liaison between management, customers, and labor sources to ensure quality.
• Interact with customers, insurance adjusters, and carriers to explain project details.
• Travel 50-75% within assigned regions.
