Job summary

Accuserve Solutions Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee on-site inspections, build and manage a network of installers and contractors, and drive revenue in assigned territories.

You will coordinate with back-office teams, manage project scope and margins, and travel extensively to client sites and suppliers. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in residential construction, strong communication skills, and experience with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 2–4 years residential construction experience or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections; document measurements, conditions, and specs.
• Recruit and manage local subcontractors and contractor partners.
• Develop and expand a network of local contractors and suppliers.
• Drive sales and communicate updates to clients and network partners.
• Oversee job-site progress, manage schedules, labor, and materials.
• Monitor project margins, costs, and closeout documentation.
• Lead, coordinate, and support multiple job sites and superintendents.
• Travel 50–75% within assigned territories.
