Job summary

Accuserve is seeking a Territory Manager to interface with customers during on-site inspections within assigned regions. You will leverage construction knowledge to support project management and drive revenue through a network of contractors and installers.

The role emphasizes managing margins, labor, and materials while delivering high-quality customer service. The position demands 2–4 years in residential construction, strong communication, and proven project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or equivalent
• 2–4 years residential construction experience or equivalent training
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Salesforce and Verisk literacy is a bonus, but general computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Complete on-site photo inspections; document measurements, conditions, damage, access constraints, and other job specs for estimates, orders, and labor scopes
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage subcontracted installers and local contractor partners across the territory
• Develop and foster relationships with local contractors to grow the network
• Drive sales and provide up-to-date information to clients and network partners; collaborate with office team to meet KPI targets
• Provide job-site oversight during fulfillment and window replacement; coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and expectations
• Monitor job health with back-office teams; manage revenue recognition, margins, costs, and closeout docs
• Manage subcontracted crews and lead project management for timely completion
• Act as liaison between management, customers, and labor sources to ensure quality and satisfaction
• Explain project details to customers, insurance adjusters, and carrier personnel
• Manage territory to KPI targets; build profitable territories and measure success
• Build relationships with suppliers for pricing, sourcing, and availability
• Oversee multiple job sites; potentially manage superintendents and construction jobs
• Travel 50–75% within assigned region; nights away from home 3–4 per month
• Other duties as assigned
