Job summary

Accuserve Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to interface with customers during on-site inspections and to build a trusted network of installers and contractors across the territory.

You will manage projects, drive revenue and margins, and partner with back-office teams to track performance and closeouts. The role requires 2–4 years in residential construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 50–75% within assigned regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or relevant experience.
• 2–4 years residential construction experience or equivalent training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency; Salesforce/Verisk a bonus.
• Valid US driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs and travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections, document conditions, and prepare estimates.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of subcontracted installers and local contractors.
• Develop relationships with local contractors to grow the network and revenue.
• Drive sales and communicate with clients and partners to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee job-sites, coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and customer expectations.
