Job summary

A medical device company based in the U.S. is seeking a Territory Manager for Compression Medical Equipment in Northern Florida. This role involves engaging key accounts, developing relationships with occupational and physical therapists, and collaborating with marketing and sales to coordinate product launches. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in DME and must be willing to travel 50-75% of the time. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and generous benefits package.

Job description

Title: Territory Manager, Compression Medical Equipment

Territory: Northern Florida (50-75% travel)

Company: U.S. based company that develops, manufactures, and distributes medical devices across multiple markets and therapeutic categories.

Description:

• Successfully engages all key accounts within assigned geographical location which includes creating a business plan
• Discovers, creates, develops and nurtures Key Opinion Leader (“KOL”) relationships at a territory, regional and national level.
• Collaborates with the Marketing and Sales teams to coordinate and conduct product launches and bring together marketing campaigns.
• Call on Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Compression Therapy, Garments, Lymphedema, and DME.

Requirements:

• 3+ years working with DME retailers, Lymphedema, Compression medical supplies.
• Ability to travel

Compensation:

Base salary 80k, uncapped commissions $100-110k FYE. Plus generous PTO and Benefit plan.
