Job summary

NOCD is seeking a Field Territory Manager to expand access to ERP therapy across healthcare networks in the United States. You will be the face of NOCD in your market, meeting with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems to open doors and cultivate lasting relationships.

You will educate providers on ERP therapy, leverage data for high-impact discussions, and strategically map your territory to maximize impact while meeting monthly patient quotas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience meeting or exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• Lifelong learner who can quickly learn healthcare sales basics.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through behavioral health solutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent NOCD in your community by opening doors and building relationships with prescribers and health systems.
• Educate providers on ERP therapy and how NOCD fits into their ecosystem.
• Use data and industry knowledge to have high-impact conversations with providers.
• Strategically map out your territory to maximize impact.
• Meet monthly quotas translating to more patients receiving care.
