Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a seasoned medical technology sales professional to cover Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Southern Illinois (Peoria). You will drive hospital/IDN adoption with best-in-class portfolios and manage extensive travel.

The role requires 3–5 years of field sales experience in med tech, with a base salary of $98,500, a $97,500 variable component, and an uncapped OTE of $196,000, plus a 3-month guarantee, company car, cell phone, all expenses, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Experience selling med tech to hospitals/IDNs.
• 3–5 years of direct hospital-level sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell medical technology to hospitals/IDNs across assigned territories.
• Travel 50–75% to cover Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Southern Illinois (Peoria).
