Job summary

Accordance Search Group is hiring for a medical sales role targeting General, Bariatric, Colorectal & Plastic Reconstructive Surgeons. Base salary around $80k with on-target earnings (OTE) of $185k and uncapped commissions. Average reps earn $220k+, top performers exceed $350k.

Territory includes Washington DC & Northern VA. Required: Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of outside B2B sales experience plus medical sales experience. Excellent benefits and company car provided.

• Minimum of 3 years outside B2B sales experience + medical sales experience.
• Experience selling to surgeons is a plus.
