Job summary

Koble Systems, Inc. located in Lancaster, PA, seeks a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and cultivate strong relationships with strategic clients to protect recurring revenue. Travel within the territory is required; you will prospect, demonstrate, propose, negotiate, and close opportunities while engaging with clients to achieve three revenue objectives:

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience using a CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect for, develop, and close new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a qualified new-business pipeline through outreach, referrals, networking, events, and other business-development activities.
• Manage the new-sales process, including discovery, demonstrations, proposals, quotes, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and develop a strong understanding of their businesses, priorities, challenges, and future plans.
• Protect and grow recurring revenue within the assigned book of business.
• Generate client expansion opportunities through account planning, networking, referrals, client visits, and industry involvement.

We are seeking a Territory Manager who willbe responsible foractively driving revenue growth within an assigned territory through both new customer acquisition and the management and expansion of an existing client portfolio.

In this role, you wouldproactively develop andclosenew business while building strong relationships with larger and strategically important clients, protecting recurring revenue, andidentifyingadditionalsales opportunities. Success requires consistent prospecting and pipeline development alongside disciplined account management and client engagement.

The Territory Manager is accountable for three separate revenueobjectives:

• New salesto new customers

• One-time revenue sales to existing customers

• Net Revenue Retention within the assigned book of business
