Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Manager, Territory Management to lead service operations activities in their assigned territories. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day management and training of field supervisory staff, employee selection, field training and safety. This individual will also lead operations efforts and priorities to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

On a typical day you will:

What you will need to be successful:

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience

• Experience with leading a team of technicians is preferred

• Elevator industry is desired, but not required

• Candidates must have excellent communication skills and leadership skills and be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

• Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must

• Candidates must have strong computer and technology skills, business acumen and a passion for customer service.

Salary Transparency:

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
