Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• 2+ years healthcare sales experience or clinical healthcare experience (Preferred).
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and LTACH payers (Required).
• Ability to plan and implement marketing initiatives in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and expand referral sources by contacting existing and new accounts.
• Meet monthly goals for assigned hospitals and expand referral sources.
• Manage the admissions process as an ambassador for patients who meet criteria.
• Plan travel efficiently and monitor expenses within budgeted parameters.
• Educate patients and families on the benefits of ScionHealth Hospitals and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with referral sources throughout the territory.
