Job summary

ScionHealth seeks a field-based Healthcare Sales Specialist for Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Conroe in Texas. You will manage referrals, admissions and marketing initiatives across assigned accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers and source networks to grow the territory.

You will travel daily to accounts, present LTAC services, educate stakeholders on benefits, and ensure compliance with regulatory payers like Medicare/Medicaid while meeting monthly goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• 2+ years healthcare sales experience and/or clinical healthcare experience (Preferred).
• Prior experience with Medicare/Medicaid and LTACH payer knowledge (Required).
• Approximate travel time: Daily.

Responsibilities

• Uses prospecting methods to generate leads and expand accounts.
• Meets monthly goals for assigned hospitals and expands referral sources.
• Manages admissions process as an ambassador for eligible patients.
• Educates patients and families about benefits of ScionHealth Hospitals.
• Represents the organization professionally and adheres to policies.
• Maintains relations with referral sources throughout the territory.
