Job summary

Careers Launch Talent Group seeks an experienced Territory Manager to lead North Florida operations across Tampa, Lakeland, Tallahassee, Sarasota and surrounding markets. This senior role owns the territory's financial and operational performance and develops the local management team.

You will drive growth in recurring service and maintenance, improve scheduling and field efficiency, and partner with Sales to pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
5+ years of meaningful P&L responsibility.
Experience leading multiple locations, branches, or markets.
Background in field-service, industrial service, construction, or similar business.
Experience managing both recurring service and project/installation operations is highly preferred.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Proven ability to develop managers and build high-performing teams.
Experience improving processes and bringing structure to growing or changing organizations.
Comfortable being hands-on and spending time in the field with employees and customers.
Strong customer relationship and business-development skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant leadership experience and results are more important.

Responsibilities

Own the territory P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating profit, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, AR, and working capital.
Lead operations across multiple locations and develop existing branch and operational leaders.
Drive growth in recurring service and maintenance revenue while improving installation and project performance.
Improve scheduling, technician utilization, labor planning, job costing, WIP, billing, materials management, and overall operational efficiency.
Establish greater consistency, accountability, and operating discipline across the territory.
Partner with sales teams on business development, quoting, and growth opportunities.
Build and develop the leadership bench through hiring, coaching, training, and succession planning.
Use CRM, financial, and operational systems to improve visibility and decision-making.
Work closely with Finance, HR, Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, Training, and other internal teams.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, customer experience, employee engagement, and profitability.
