Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co seeks a Business Development Manager for its Santa Rosa Beach Maintenance team. You will drive sales growth via lead generation, cultivate relationships with decision-makers, and develop the brand in the local market.

You will source new prospects, prepare estimates and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in horticulture, business, agribusiness or related field.
• Proven B2B sales track record with mid to upper-level management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial service industry and local landscape market.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and relationship management within defined territory.
