Job summary

Ruppert Landscape seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and support market Business Developers within a designated Region. This role collaborates with sales, public relations, and branch management to align strategies and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in sales management or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop teams.
• Proficiency with CRM and office software; Excel power user.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
