Job summary

Blum USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Southern Los Angeles and Orange County region. You will drive sales of our premier kitchen hardware lines, grow existing accounts, and develop new customers within a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

In this role you will build relationships, deliver product training, and provide exceptional service while working with a supportive team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of sales-related experience required.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for Blum products.
• Support and implement strategic product and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with internal and external customers to cultivate strong relationships.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales, analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities, concerns, competitive pressures and communicate within the organization.
• Initiate and provide product training and demonstrations to educate customers.
• Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.
