Job summary

Blum USA is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Los Angeles and Orange County regions. You will drive sales of our premier hardware lines, nurturing existing customers and opening new accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years sales equivalent work experience in sales, field sales or customer service.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid United States driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Overnight travel is required and can vary.
• Experience in woodworking industry helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for Blum products.
• Support and implement strategic product and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with internal and external customers to cultivate strong relationships.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales, analyze results to identify opportunities and communicate findings.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to educate customers.
• Develop knowledge of the marketplace to analyze market potential and competitors.
• Collaborate with management and Blum US to educate customers and deliver results.
• Travel as needed to support customers and grow accounts.
