Qualifications

• No prior sales required; training prioritized.
• In-person meetings with owners and decision-makers.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager.
• Visit new businesses and follow up on referrals.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients’ insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
