Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Jonesboro, AR. You will undergo an immersive training program combining online and hands-on field coaching in your assigned territory.

You will meet with business owners to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions and build a personal client portfolio while working with a support team to reach monthly and quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school experience in sales or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain health & life insurance licensing (training provided).
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; company will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; report to your manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
