You will join a training program blending online classroom learning with hands-on field mentorship in your assigned territory, with a focus on introducing industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses.

Prior sales experience is welcome but not required; the company provides training and offers a path to licensure in Health & Life Insurance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work/sales/athletic experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend comprehensive sales training combining online and field instruction.
• Engage with local SMBs through in-person meetings and presentations.
• Schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and grow your client portfolio.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with owners, and nurture referrals.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain activity logs.
