Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will be trained to promote supplemental insurance products to business owners, benefits managers, and employees, with occasional group presentations of 50 to 100+ attendees.

Ideal candidates are motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused, capable of building client portfolios and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training.
• Must have dedication to helping people and a resilient attitude.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate and manage leads within your territory.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers to assess insurance needs.
• Present products to individuals and groups of 50–100+ attendees when required.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team manager.
• Record daily sales activity and update the team on progress.
