Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a results-driven sales professional to join its growing team in the Sulphur area. You will participate in an immersive training program blending online coursework with field mentorship, learning to engage small to mid-sized businesses with tailored insurance solutions.

You’ll manage your local territory, conduct in-person owner meetings, and deliver group presentations for 5 to 50+ employees. Strong communication and time-management will be essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Manage local territory and meet with owners/decision-makers to present tailored insurance solutions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and group presentations for 5–50+ employees.
• Build and nurture a client portfolio and maintain proactive follow-ups in CRM.
• Work with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets and optimize strategies.
• Record daily activity and sales progression to drive performance.
