Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated sales professional to join a structured training program that blends online coursework with hands-on field coaching in your assigned territory. You’ll learn basic to advanced sales techniques through a field trainer, with prior experience preferred but training provided.

You will manage local businesses, conduct in-person owner meetings, and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions to groups of 5–50+ employees.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build quick connections.
• Proven drive with a track record in sales, leadership, or athletics.
• Willingness to learn and grow, with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base within territory.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and resupply existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and report daily activity.
