Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Colorado Springs. You will join an intensive training program combining online and field learning, with mentorship in your assigned territory.

Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; training is provided to the right person. You will engage with small and medium-sized businesses in person, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions and building your own client portfolio through meetings, referrals, and ongoing

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within the territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules and submit them to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
