Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Colorado. You will complete an integrated training program blending online classroom learning with hands-on field experience, taking ownership of your local territory and meeting business owners to introduce supplemental insurance solutions.

Prior sales experience is welcomed but not required, as top performers often come from athletics or leadership backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school sales/athletic experience.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
