Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a motivated sales professional in Texas City to join a comprehensive training program and manage a local territory. You will meet owners and decision-makers, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions and conducting group presentations for 5 to 50+ employees.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, a drive to learn, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletics.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fee reimbursement.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours; submit your schedule weekly.
