Allied Supply Company Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking an Outside HVAC Sales Representative to grow our Mitsubishi Electric HVAC business across Northwestern Ohio.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for a college graduate or early-career sales professional looking to build a technical sales career. The successful candidate enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, learning technical products, and solving problems.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 0–3 years of sales, customer service, technical, HVAC/R, engineering, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in building a career in outside and technical sales.
• HVAC/R, mechanical, construction, or technical knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grow Mitsubishi HVAC sales and profitability within the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors and customers.
• Make regular customer visits and sales calls to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Learn and present Mitsubishi products, applications, and system solutions.
• Support customers with product selection, application questions, quotes, and project needs.
• Manage customer opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Monitor market activity, competition, and opportunities within the territory.
• Participate in customer training, trade shows, networking events, and manufacturer training.
• Work with Allied branch teams and Mitsubishi representatives to support customers and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information in CRM and other company systems.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customers, job sites, and training events.
