Verto People Ltd in Charleston, SC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Territory Sales Representative / Business Development Representative to grow new business for commercial HVAC equipment across South Carolina. The role focuses on selling packaged rooftop units, VRF and other systems to contractors and commercial customers.

You will earn a base salary of $85,000 with uncapped 12% commissions and a monthly vehicle allowance, plus fuel expenses.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC sales or related industry.
• Proven ability to build new B2B relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across SC selling commercial HVAC equipment.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers and developers.
• Manage opportunities from inquiry to quotation and order.
• Collaborate with inside sales to prepare proposals.
