Verto People Ltd is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business across South Carolina in the commercial HVAC sector. The role offers an $85,000 base salary with an uncapped 12% commission structure and a realistic first-year OTE of $125,000–$145,000.

A monthly vehicle allowance and covered fuel expenses are provided to support field activities. You will develop opportunities with mechanical/HVAC contractors and commercial construction clients, traveling across the SC

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HVAC sales or related field.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop long-term B2B relationships.
• Experience selling to mechanical/HVAC contractors or commercial customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Experience selling commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, VRF, ductless or split systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business opportunities across South Carolina.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, HVAC contractors, consulting engineers, design/build firms and general contractors.
• Sell commercial HVAC equipment packages for construction projects.
• Identify opportunities across hospitality, municipal, government and industrial customers.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation and order placement.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet customers and develop new accounts.
