Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for North Carolina to grow commercial HVAC business. You’ll develop new accounts, build long-term relationships with mechanical/HVAC contractors and manage complete equipment packages for projects across NC.

The role offers an $85,000 base salary plus 12% uncapped commission, a monthly vehicle allowance, and full fuel expense coverage. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC sales, wholesale distribution or contractor-side roles.
• Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term B2B relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for field-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across commercial HVAC markets in North Carolina.
• Build relationships with mechanical/HVAC contractors and design/build firms.
• Sell HVAC packages including RTUs, split and VRF systems for projects.
• Identify projects requiring complete HVAC equipment packages.
• Travel throughout North Carolina to meet customers and develop accounts.
• Collaborate with inside sales and technical teams to prepare proposals.
