Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home health admissions and patient transitions from facilities to Well Care.
• Develop and implement the sales and marketing plan for the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources and hospital accounts.
• Educate referral sources, physicians, and the community about home health services.
• Ensure accurate transfer logs and timely communications with Account Executives.
