Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent required.
• Strong computer literacy and CRM experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with heavy equipment knowledge.
• Understanding of parts and service sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Increase Parts and Service Sales opportunities in assigned territory to grow revenue.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers.
• Conduct after-sales visits to customers.
• Complete Komtrax and Warranty certificates and 90-day revisit.
• Acquire customer information to build CRM database of machines and contacts.
• Conduct routine machine visits including product inspections.
• Promote Parts and Service marketing programs for New, Used, and All Makes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Service, Parts, and Sales teams.
• Maintain daily call reports in CRM.
• Collaborate with mainline salesperson to form a strong support team.
• Perform other tasks as requested by manager.
