Job summary

Lincare, America's leading supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to generate leads and foster lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in your local market.

In this role you will meet monthly sales targets, conduct in-services for referral sources, and deliver clinical follow-up and patient reporting. The position offers a competitive base salary with unlimited commission, comprehensive benefits, and ample training.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within healthcare equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's comprehensive product categories
• Deliver comprehensive clinical followup and patient reporting to existing referral sources
